The Pool
Our spacious 14 metre x 6 metre mosaic lined pool is the perfect place to unwind. We have plenty of comfortable sun beds and umbrellas and provide fresh pool towels for your comfort. At one end of the pool we have a stylish pergola with comfortable day beds that offer shade and serenity. As you relax enjoy beautiful views stretching across the gardens, olive grove and out to sea.
The Kitchen
Our brand new (2026) kitchens been thoughtfully created as the social heart of the villa. At its centre sits a striking two -metre marble topped island- the perfect place to gather with a glass of wine and enjoy the connection between cooking and conversation. Wide double doors open directly onto the terrace framing beautiful sea views and letting the light pour in.
Fully equipped for style and convenience, the kitchen features two dishwashers, a range cooker, microwave , coffee station, SMEG fridge and extra drinks fridge. Every detail has been chosen to make cooking a pleasure - and entertaining effortless.
The Living Spaces
The property offers two inviting living spaces, each with its own character. The main living room features elegant cream sofas, a grand open stone fireplace and a large oak dining table, all framed by beautiful decor and abundant light pouring through the impressive double doors on both sides of the room.
Just off the kitchen a second, more informal living area provides comfortable sofas and fabulous views with door that open directly onto the top terrace.
The Bedrooms
Villa Lagaria features 5 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms plus a fabulous bunk room (NEW FOR 2026). They are all designed for comfort and flexibility. The master bedroom offers a fixed supering bed and its own private balcony with stunning views while the remaining four bedrooms can be arranged as either super-king doubles or twins to suit your needs. Each room enjoys abundant natural light with far reaching views of the natural landscape
