The Pool
Our magnificent 14 × 6-metre mosaic swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious marble terrace, comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
At one end, a shaded pergola with inviting daybeds offers the perfect place to retreat from the midday sun. Beyond the pool, beautifully landscaped gardens and ancient olive trees frame sweeping views towards the sea.
The Kitchen
The newly designed kitchen is the social heart of Villa Lagaria. At its centre, a striking two-metre marble-topped island provides the perfect place to gather over a glass of wine while meals are prepared.
Wide double doors open onto the terrace, filling the room with natural light and framing beautiful sea views.
Thoughtfully equipped for effortless entertaining, the kitchen features two dishwashers, a range cooker, microwave, coffee station and Smeg fridge. Every detail has been considered to make cooking together a pleasure.
The Living Spaces
Villa Lagaria offers two inviting living spaces, each with its own distinct character.
The main living room features elegant cream sofas, a magnificent open stone fireplace and a generous dining table. Natural light floods through double doors on either side, creating a beautiful connection with the outdoors.
Just off the kitchen, a second, more informal sitting room offers comfortable sofas, wonderful views and doors opening directly onto the upper terrace.
The Bedrooms
Villa Lagaria offers five beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, together with a spacious bunk room, providing flexible accommodation for families and groups of friends.
The master bedroom features a super-king bed and a private balcony with breathtaking views. The remaining four bedrooms can each be arranged as either a super-king double or twin beds, allowing the accommodation to be tailored to your group.
A beautifully designed bunk room, with two double beds and two single beds, provides a wonderful shared space for younger guests.
